January 24th and 25th Thursday/Friday

We discussed reading habits on Thursday.  We came up with interview questions we could ask peers about their reading habits.  The homework on Thursday was to take those questions and interview a peer.  You were to include one follow-up question.

On Friday, 6th period, since most people did their homework, got into groups and charted the responses that the found from their peers.  Then, they synthesized this information into a paragraph responding to question #5 on page 64.

Since only two people in 8th period completed their homework, everyone had to silently read the article on page 65-68 and were supposed to metacogntively mark the text.  They also were supposed to answer question #5 on page 64.
